RECIPE FOR OATS WATER:
Things you need-
- 1/4 cup oats or oats flour
- 1/2 cup water
In a bowl, add oats and add in filtered water.
Stir and let it sit for 10 minutes before straining.
Apply the oats water on your skin using a cotton ball or spray and let it air dry.
Apply another layer and repeat 2-3 times.
Sleep with it and rinse off the next morning.
The water can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Can also be frozen and used in the form of ice cubes.
