BENEFITS OF OATS WATER:

RECIPE FOR OATS WATER:

Things you need-

  • 1/4 cup oats or oats flour
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions-

OVERNIGHT OATS WATER FOR ACNE-PRONE, SUNBURNT OR ITCHY SKIN

In a bowl, add oats and add in filtered water.

Stir and let it sit for 10 minutes before straining.

Apply the oats water on your skin using a cotton ball or spray and let it air dry.

Apply another layer and repeat 2-3 times.

Sleep with it and rinse off the next morning.

The water can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Can also be frozen and used in the form of ice cubes.
