- Fine ground Oatmeal
- Cheese cloth
- lavender essential oil (optional)

- Fill a cheesecloth, nylon or thin sock with a cup of oatmeal and few drops of essential oil.
- Gather the cheesecloth together at the top and tie tightly with a string or a hair tie.
- Place it in your warm bath ,and squeeze it softly to use it all over the skin to scrub your entire body lightly with the oatmeal loofah to make your skin soft and beautiful.
