Milk can be used in many different ways in your skin as well as hair care routine.
It contains lactic acid that helps to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize the skin the natural way to enhance the skin tone. It helps to restore moisture to your skin and hair making it soft and smooth.
Face Wash: Soak a cotton pad in cold milk and use it all over your face to deep clean the pores and get rid of any makeup. Blot your face with a clean towel and allow the milk to soak into the skin.
Pink Lips: Want your lips to be naturally pink, then mix milk with a pinch of turmeric and use it on your lips, leave it on for 5-10mins before you rinse off with warm water.
Body Mask: Mix gram flour with milk and use it as a body mask to cleanse and exfoliate the skin for a radiant glow.

Complexion Cream: Mix milk and honey and use it as a face mask for a brighter complexion.
Hair Mask: To make a milk hair conditioner, pour milk in a spray bottle and spray it all over your hair. Leave it on for 30mins and shampoo as usual for a soft, smooth hair.
Bath Soak: Add a cup of milk to your bath water to soothe and calm dry, irritated skin.
Face Mask: Mix milk powder with lemon juice or honey to make an excellent skin softening mask. Apply it all over your face and leave it on for few mins before you rinse off with warm water.
