Things you need:

  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cinnamon stick or star anise

Method:

Add lemon juice
  • In a vessel, take 1 ½ cups of filtered water and add in 1 tablespoon of ginger powder. You can also add in 2 inches of fresh ginger root but powder works better.
