RECIPE FOR KETO FATTY ICED COFFEE:
Things you need-
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon (or more if you prefer) instant coffee powder
- Sweetener of your choice
- MCT oil 1 tablespoon
- Ice (optional)
In a blender, add almond milk and whipping cream.
Add in mct oil or coconut oil, sweetener of your choice and instant coffee powder.
Add in ice if you like it super chilled and crisp.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
