Turmeric juice- Has immunity boosting and anti-inflammatory properties.
Lemon juice- Balances pH in the intestine and boosts growth of the natural microflora while inhibiting unwanted invading microbes. Boosts resistance power.
Ginger juice- Is a great immunity booster and also has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effects.
RECIPE FOR IMMUNE BOOSTER SHOTS:
Things you need-
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon turmeric juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger juice
In a tiny serving glass, add all the three juices. Make sure they are fresh and organic for best results.
Add in water and stir. You have to consume this directly however if you feel the taste nauseating, add in some honey.
