HOW TO TREAT STINKY FEET NATURALLY

The mercury level is increasing day after day, and the only concern for everyone is how to rescue the sweat from the body and stay odour free. Due to heavy perspiration these days, along with your whole body even the feet starts releasing a pungent smell and contains sweat around. If you have stinky feet you should take care of two most important things i.e. the bacteria and sweat. The bacteria present on your sweaty feet can make the condition worst and you will be able to smell the whiff without even bending down.

HOW TO TREAT STINKY FEET NATURALLY

  1. Salt Soaking

This is the simplest remedy out of all; soaking your feet in salt warm will help to create an unfavourable condition for bacteria and also help to reduce the odour released from the feet.

  1. Sage and Dried rosemary

Sage and Dried rosemary have antibacterial quality and also helps to keep your feet dried and smooth. All you need to do its take 1tspoon of dried rosemary and 1-2 spoon of dried sage and mix them well in some warm water. Make sure your feet are completely soaked in this water. Rinse off after 30 minutes.

  1. Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has proven itself in trimming down your fats but it can also be used to cure sweaty and stinky feet. Take ½ cup of vinegar and mix it with Luke warm water. Soak your feet for 20 minutes and rinse off with distilled water. Repeat the process twice a week.

  1. Black tea bags

Not only black tea bags, but green tea bags are also useful in treating stinky feet. Do not throw away used tea bags in trash, they can be reused here. You need to take 8-10 tea bags and open them up in 4 cups of water. Rest your feet in the tea water and rinse off after 20- 30 minutes

  1. Baking soda and lemon

Baking soda helps to control the sweat released from the body and lemon is a strong astringent while helps to cure bad whiff from the feet. Take 1/4th cup of baking soda and one cup of lemon juice mixing them well with Luke warm water. Allow the mixture to cool down a little and then you can soak your feet for next 15 minutes.

  1. Epsom salt

Using Epsom salt is the best way to cure sweaty- stinky feet. A complete foot soak in Epsom salt water heels the cracked areas, pulls out the dirt and treats the smell as well. Take ½ cup of Epsom salt and add it to 8 cups of warm water. Soak your feet and rinse off after 15 minutes.
