HOW TO MAKE WATER ALKALINE:

Shake (if you are using a water bottle) or stir (if using a glass) the mixture vigorously to make sure the baking soda mixes in thoroughly with the water.
Note: Making our water alkaline with baking soda increases your intake of sodium, so people with diabetes, kidney problems, or serious health conditions should talk to their doctor before using baking soda to make their water alkaline.
