Skin toner- In a bowl, take 1 tablespoon of matcha powder and add in 1 cup water. Mix it really well and pour in a spray bottle or a bottle with tiny nozzle. Shake it well before you use it every time. Take some amount on a cotton pad and use it to wipe your face several times a day.
