HOT SPICED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRINK

How about a hot spiced apple vinegar drink that not only helps build immunity and ward off allergies but also tastes great? Below is a recipe-

HOT SPICED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRINK

BENEFITS:

Apple cider vinegar- Has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. Helps boost immunity and ward off allergies.

Honey- Soothes cold and cough, boost immunity.

Lemon- Has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Cinnamon- Has anti-microbial properties and builds immunity.

Black pepper- Soothes respiratory inflammation and builds immunity.

RECIPE FOR HOT SPICED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRINK:

Things you need-

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder or 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Honey as per taste

Directions-

In a saucepan, add water, black pepper, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.

Simmer on low flame and strain.

Add in lemon and honey as per taste and stir.

Consume hot.
