RECIPE FOR HAIR GROWTH CHIA SMOOTHIE:
Things you need-
- 1/3 cup peanut milk or 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons Chia
- 1/2 medium sized Banana
- 1 cup Almond Milk
In a blender, add almond milk and peanut milk/butter. To make peanut milk, simply blend soaked peanuts with little water and strain.
Add in chia seeds and banana and blend until thick and smooth.
