GREEN TEA RECIPES FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Consuming green tea is a great way to boost your overall health and get the antioxidants you need each day. Green tea is packed with antioxidants, more so than any other tea, but its flavour can get a bit monotonous when you try drinking it daily for weight loss. Not to worry anymore as I am here with some easy and tasty green tea recipes for weight loss:

GREEN TEA RECIPES FOR WEIGHT LOSSGREEN TEA SHAKE

Things you need:

1 tsp Green Tea Matcha Powder, pulp of ½ orange, ¼ Grapefruit, ½  medium Banana, 1 cup Coconut Milk and 1 handful Ice.

Method:

Blend all ingredients into a shake consistency. You can add in protein powder if you want to use this as a meal replacement shake in the morning.

CINNAMOM GREEN TEA

Things you need:

1 teaspoon green tea, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and 1 cup water.

Method:

Boil the water. Add green tea and cinnamon in a cup and pour hot water over it. let it steep for 15 minutes. Consume every morning. You may also add honey of you wish.

GREEN TEA FRAPPE

Things you need:

1 tsp Green Tea Matcha Powder, 1 cup Coconut Milk and 1 handful Ice.

Method:

Blend the ingredients up until they are smooth, creamy, and frothy. With only two ingredients adding flavour to this, the richness of the matcha powder can come through.

ICED LAVENDER GREEN TEA

Things you need:

Dried Lavender Blossoms (Fresh) – 1 ½ tsp, Tea bags- 4 and 1 cup water.

Method:

Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan until it gets simmer. Remove the pan from heat and add tea and lavender to the heated water. Steep for about 5 minutes, strain it into a bowl and let it cool for some time. Now, pour the prepared tea in ice filled glasses and season it with some lavender sprigs to make it more appealing.
