Ginger Tea For Headache

Ginger is an ancient remedy for an upset stomach and is one of the most popular drinks for headaches and migraines. It can be easily brewed into a tea, delicious on its own or with honey. Ginger Tea is meant to be effective during migraine attacks. It works as an anti-inflammatory agent.

Ginger Tea For Headache

Ginger Tea recipe – 

  • 3 cups water
  • 1-2 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Method:

Ginger works especially well for migraines. Make a tea by pouring 3 cups water over 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger. Let steep 4 to 5 minutes, then strain through a small sieve into a teacup. Sip the tea for headache relief.
