GET RID OF VARICOSE VEINS WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Varicose veins are veins that have become enlarged and inflamed, which not only makes our legs look bad, but also causes severe discomfort and a feeling of heaviness that often prevents us from going about our daily lives as normal. While varicose veins aren’t typically dangerous or harmful, they can be uncomfortable and unsightly. Even though this is a condition that can only be completely cured through surgery, it is still possible to use other treatments to help relieve its symptoms. And among the most effective natural products for this condition, apple cider vinegar is one of the best!

GET RID OF VARICOSE VEINS WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGARTOPICAL TREATMENT

A simple way to use apple cider vinegar is to apply it directly to your legs in the morning and in the evening, massaging it in. However, as I said earlier, you should try it on a small part of your leg to see whether your skin is sensitive to it first.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR SOAK

For taking the full benefit of apple cider vinegar, soak a clean and soft cloth in apple cider vinegar and wrap it around the areas where the varicose veins have surfaced. Leave it there for half an hour.  Doing this apple cider vinegar soak two times every day for a month will ensure that your varicose veins are reduced considerably.

HOMEMADE CREAM

Make a homemade cream made of apple cider vinegar, aloe vera and carrot. Blend precisely half a glass of apple cider vinegar, half a carrot and 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel, and spread the mixture over the varicose veins by massaging upwards to stimulate blood circulation. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes and afterwards rinse it off with cool or lukewarm water.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR + WITCH HAZEL

Combine apple cider vinegar with witch hazel and rub on veins in circular motion and you should see improvements in two weeks.

THE BANDAGE METHOD

Get a cheesecloth or medical cloth that can be used for a bandage. Soak it in apple cider vinegar. Tie the bandage around your thighs or lower legs. Leave the bandage on for half an hour. Remove the bandage, and wash your legs.
