  1. NUTELLA BROWNIE

Things you need: To make this 2-ingredient nutella brownie, you need 4 large eggs and 240 grams nutella.

Method: Preheat oven to 180oC. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl and keep it aside. Now, add nutella in a bowl and microwave it for few seconds in order to soften it. Add nutella in egg and fold it properly using a mixing spoon or mix gently using a fork. Pour it in a greased mould and toss it in microwave and bake for 25-30 minutes.   1. COCONUT COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

Things you need: To make this 2-ingredient recipe, you need 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut butter and 2/3 cup pitted dates.

Method: Put the pitted dates and coconut butter in a food blender and let it blend until smooth. Once this is done, make round balls out of it and your coconut cookie dough balls are ready. You can also added shredded coconut in it if you like.

  1. PEANUT BUTTER BANANA ICE CREAM RECIPE

Things you need: To make this 2-ingredient peanut butter banana ice cream, you need 2 medium sized bananas and 3 tablespoons peanut butter.

Method: Freeze the bananas in freezer overnight. Toss chopped bananas and peanut butter in and blender and blend it until smooth. Put it back in your fridge (not freezer) and scoop out before consuming.

  1. ICE CREAM BREAD

Things you need: To make this 2-ingredient recipe, you need an ice cream of your choice and 3 cups self-rising flour.

Method: Put self-rising flour in a bowl and keep it aside. Take ice cream in another bowl and let it soften or melt at room temperature. Now keep adding the melted ice cream in the flour until you get a cake batter-like consistency. Bake it as usual and your ice cream bread is ready.

  1. OATMEAL COOKIES

Things you need: To make these 2-ingredient oatmeal cookies, you need 2 large old bananas or over 4 ripe bananas and 1 cup regular chopped or rolled oats.

Method: Mash bananas and add them in oatmeal. Mix it together until it forms a sticky batter. You can add dry fruits and honey to it, but it is optional. Banana and oatmeal taste great on its own. Make balls out if the batter and flatten it in a cookie shape. Bake them in the oven like a regular cookie and you are done!

Things you need: Some pitted dates and muesli.

Method: Mix together mashed or blended pitted dates and muesli. Adjust the consistency until you get thick dough. Shape them into rectangles or flatten them with little pressure in a flat plate and cut out the shapes. Let them set for few minutes and your energy bars are done!

Things you need: To make this, you need 2 eggs and 1 large banana.

Method: Break the eggs in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Add mashed banana in it and stir until you get a smooth batter-like consistency. Use this batter to make your pancakes as usual.

Things you need: To make this, you need walnuts and honey.

Method: Add walnuts I a blender along with few tablespoons of honey. Blend it well until you get a desired buttery consistency. If you want a smother consistency, you can also soak the walnuts for few hours prior to using it in making walnut butter. Store in an air tight jar.

  1. MANGO MOUSSE

Things you need: To make this 2-ingredient mango mousse, you need 1 cup mango pulp and 1 cup heavy whipping cream.

Method: Beat cream in a glass or metal bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold in mango pulp and whisk using a hand mixer. You are done!

  1. OREO BARK

Things you need: To make this, you need oreo biscuits and compound white chocolate.

Method: Put 1 big packet of oreo biscuits in a plastic bag and crush using a roller pin. Melt 2-3 cups of white chocolate and add crushed oreo biscuits into it. Pour the mixture into a flat surface or butter paper and let it solidify. Cut pieces and enjoy!
