If you regularly workout and have backne and body acne, its because of the sweat and clogged pores. It is important to sanitize your skin after a workout to keep it free from itching, acne and any other possible skin conditions/infections. Here is a recipe for post-workout body spray that can use after a workout to sanitize your skin-

DIY POST WORKOUT SPRAY

BENEFITS:

Witch hazel- Has anti-microbial, inflammatory and pore unclogging properties.

Peppermint essential oil- Cools skin, unclogs pores, has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.

Lavender essential oil- Has anti-inflammatory properties and also gives a nice fragrance.

RECIPE FOR POST-WORKOUT SPRAY:

Things you need-

  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup witch hazel
  • 10 drops lavender oil
  • 10 drops peppermint oil

Directions-

In a spray bottle, add water and witch hazel.

Add in the above mentioned essential oils and stir.

Transfer the solution in a spray bottle and use it as a body mist after workout or in-between workout to sanitize your hands or any area of the body that frequently touches the instruments.
