DATE CARAMEL- HEALTHY, VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE

RECIPE FOR DATE CARAMEL:

Things you need-

  • 500 grams pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 8 tablespoons warm water

Directions

DATE CARAMEL- HEALTHY, VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE
WARM WATER

In a coffee grinder or blender, add dates and sea salt.

Add in warm water and blend until smooth and creamy. This may take a few minutes.

Your date caramel is ready!

Use it in dessert/food recipes or as toppings or for garnishing.
