RECIPE FOR DATE CARAMEL:
Things you need-
- 500 grams pitted medjool dates
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 8 tablespoons warm water
In a coffee grinder or blender, add dates and sea salt.
Add in warm water and blend until smooth and creamy. This may take a few minutes.
Your date caramel is ready!
Use it in dessert/food recipes or as toppings or for garnishing.
