Healthy Lassi Recipe

Summer’ and ‘lassi’ are almost inseparable. We just can’t think of spending the scorching summer days in a healthy way without enjoying chilled yummy lassi. And what if the drink helps in taking care of your digestive system too? Yes, this creamy lassi is incredibly tasty and amazingly beneficial for our gastrointestinal health. Take a look at the recipe below:

Healthy Lassi Recipe


Things you need-

  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons any dry fruit/nuts
  • Sweetener as per taste (we used stevia drops)
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup nut milk or any milk you like


In a blender, add thick yogurt and milk.

Add in dry fruits/nuts, sweetener and cardamom powder.

Blender until smooth and your healthy lassi is ready!

You can also add in any fresh fruit pulp if you like. Other healthy ingredients that you can add are matcha powder, organic rose spread, saffron strands, turmeric etc.
