RECIPE FOR COCONUT SPORTS DRINK:
Things you need-
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/3 cup of orange juice (freshly prepared)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup cucumber juice
- Sweetener (stevia, honey etc.)
In a jar, add coconut water and orange juice.
Add in lemon juice, cucumber juice and stevia.
Stir well and sip throughout your workout.
