Diabetes is now Avery common health issue in any type of age groups. If not taken care properly it would be life threatening. So actually diabetics should modify their lifestyle as well as food habits to combat this disease. Every fruit contains some dietary sugars but they have other positive sides which make it worthy.

Different medical researches shows that some fruits have good effect to control diabetes in patients. But definitely you make sure not to go overboard with fruits like banana, lichi, chickoo etc. These are not suitable for diabetic patients.
