However, there are a lot of milk alternatives available in the market but homemade is always the best we believe! Here is a recipe for oat milk you can try-
RECIPE FOR OAT MILK:
Things you need-
- 1 cup oats flour
- 2 cups water
In a blending jar, add oats flour. If you have rolled oats, you can blend it first to achieve fine oats flour.
Add in water and blend.
Strain the milk and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Use it in place of regular milk for baking, shakes, meal recipes etc.
