Proper hair and scalp massage is the first thing you should do to reduce hair fall. A proper massage improves blood circulation and will allow flow of blood to hair follicles. A good massage also moisturizes your scalp and hair, dry scalp is also a cause for hair fall. You can use a single oil to massage but we would recommend you to use the below oil blend as it gives way better results.
Amla oil- Amla oil strengthens hair follicles and boosts hair growth. It also has anti-dandruff properties and scalp nourishing properties.
Castor oil- Castor oil has great root strengthening properties that reduces hair fall. It also makes hair super shiny, super soft and healthy.
Olive oil- Olive oil makes hair shiny and soft. It also boosts hair growth and reduces frizz.
Rosemary oil- Rosemary oil strengthens follicles, fights dandruff, reduces hair breakage and hair fall and adds a nice shine to the hair.
Things you need-
- 2 tablespoons amla oil
- 2 tablespoons castor oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 drops rosemary essential oil
Combine amla oil, castor oil and olive oil in a bowl. Add in few drops of rosemary essential oil and stir. Massage your scalp with this blend of oils for around 15 minutes with your fingertips and let it stay overnight. Use a shampoo the next morning.
