Tip 1: Wake up Early: Rise up before dawn to enjoy fresh, pure and unpolluted air. This will help you spend the rest of your day with positive vibes and energy.

Tip 2: Indulge in ‘Green’ Eating: Staying ‘disease-free’ can happen when you eat fresh organic fruits and vegetables. This will help clear your body of toxins. Avoid eating oily junk food, as much as you can.

Tip 3: Start your day on a ‘sweet’ note: Begin each morning by putting a teaspoon of honey in half a pint of water. This will help kill all toxins from your body besides ridding it of bacteria.

Tip 4: Get good sleep: Put your body and mind to good sleep as that helps rejuvenate and detoxify body. Try indulging in a warm bath before going to bed and use fragrant oils for a calm sleep.
