Curly hair—Most of the girls have curly hair and the most difficult task with this type of hair is to deal with and manage. The curly type of hair normally tends to be dry and sometimes very rough which makes it a lot more prone to becoming frizzy and therefore needs more maintenance. The most common reasons for curly hair get dry, is, blow drying of your hair too much, over use of hairstyling products, hair coloring, bleaching or perming and even humidity.
Today, I am going to tell you about the homemade treatments for your curly hair, which will improve the quality of your hair, repair any damage and keep them looking fabulous. There are 10 types of hair conditioners which I made for my curly hair and tried them.
1). Nourishing Egg Hair conditioner:
Ingredients needed: egg and olive oil.
Recipe: Whisk an egg with a table spoon of olive oil. Blend all ingredients and apply thoroughly to dry hair. Now, wear a plastic cap and sit under a hood drier or use hand-held blow drier on low heat for 10-minutes. Rinse hair with cold water and shampoo your hair.
2). Coconut Milk Hair Conditioner to add shine
Ingredients needed: 1/2 cup coconut milk and 2 tablespoon almond oil
Recipe: Blend coconut milk and almond oil for a nice smooth conditioner. Mix the mixture well. Now, apply conditioner in section. Now, put shower cap over your hair and leave on for 30 minutes or longer. Rinse out of hair.
3). Honey conditioner for soft curly hair
Ingredients needed: 1 Cup coconut milk and 1/4 Cup Honey.
Recipe: Take a glass bowl and add coconut milk and honey, same quantity as mentioned. Apply the mixture to clean damp hair. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes before you rinse off.
4). Coconut Oil Hair conditioner to strengthen hair
Ingredients needed: 1 tablespoon coconut oil along with a tsp of aloe vera gel
Recipe: Take a glass bowl and pour coconut oil to it. Now, add aloe vera gel into it and mix well. Apply this mixture on your hair and leave it on for 30mins. Shampoo and condition as usual.
5). Moisturizing Fruit Mix Hair conditioner
Ingredients needed: 1/2 banana, 1/4 avocado and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Recipe: Mash all of the fruits into a bowl. Add olive oil and mix well. Section off your hair and apply the mixture, leave it on for 30 minutes or longer. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
