Dark underarms are a common problem thanks to pigmentation, lack of exfoliation, regular shaving, Using a lot of different products, genes etc. Accumulation of dead skin cells is the main reason for dark discoloration under the arms.

YOGURT FOR DARK UNDERARMS

If you have dark underarms then don’t panic and run to a doctor as this is not a serious issue which needs doctor consultation (unless and until you have a skin problem or sudden pigmentation marks on the area). Don’t hide your armpits from the world and don’t throw away your entire sleeve-less dresses. Below is how you could use yogurt for dark underarms:

WAYS TO USE:

Yogurt and baking soda scrub- In a bowl mix together 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Give it a good mix. Apply it on your armpits and keep it for few minutes. Scrub it gently in gentle circular motions and rinse it off. Do this every day.

Milk and yogurt mask- Mix two tablespoons of full fat milk, 1 tablespoon of rice flour and one teaspoon of pain yogurt to make a thick paste. Apply it on your underarms and leave it on for about 15 minutes before you wash it off with cold water. Repeat a few times a week on a regular basis.
