BACNE SCRUB:

Exfoliation is a great way to get rid of dead skin cells that tend to build up on the back, and body. Acne forms when pores become clogged with dead skin and oil, hence exfoliating is the best way to treat acne.
Use a loofah or make a natural sugar scrub that will help exfoliate the skin by removing dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause breakouts. Squeeze one lemon into a bowl with 1 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of honey. Use this scrub in the shower on a weekly basis to prevent and treat body acne.

BODY ACNE SPRAY:

You can also prepare a apple cider vinegar acne toner. Mix equal quantity of ACV and water to make a natural toner and gently spray the acne toner on your skin before shower. Let it dry and rinse off.
Make an after shower body mist with rose water to keep your skin acne-free and fresh all day long.

BODY ACNE BATH:
Apple cider vinegar is so great for curing acne because it returns the acidity to our skin and restores that acid mantle. It also kills bacteria, removes excess dirt, oil and makeup and dissolves dead skin cells. Malic and lactic acids found in the vinegar helps to soften and exfoliate your skin, and treat face and body acne.
Use 1 cup of apple cider vinegar along with few drops of tea tree oil in your bath water, soak in it for 10-15 mins in order to treat acne naturally.

QUICK TIPS to prevent bacne:

  1. Use a good acne-fighting or medicated body wash. Look for Salicylic acid in a body wash, which is a good ingredient to prevent acne.
  2. Wash and rinse your hair first, then soap up your body to get rid of any residue from the hair product.
Sweat and friction from your gym clothes can cause a blockage to your sweat glands which result in Bacne or chestne.
  3. Sprinkle on a bit of body powder before you put on your exercise gear to help reduce friction, and take a shower right after you work out.
