I recently received some amazing sheet masks and eye patch from skin18.com as a part of their reviewers programme. Basically Skin18.com is an online shopping site which deals with all sorts of Korean Skincare products. The immense benefits of Korean Skincare products have been spreading like a wildfire in recent times, and I am so glad I got to try some of them.
After almost 2 weeks of using (keeping gap between each to see how effective the product is), I can now review the products, and here it is:
CRACARE ANTI-AGING COLLAGEN LIFTING 3 STEPS MASK:
This is a 3 steps mask containing an anti-aging active ampoule, collagen lifting mask and anti-aging night cream. All the 3 things are so neatly arranged and packed in a matte plastic packet with bold 1,2 and 3 written on it. I first applied the anti-aging active ampoule (step 1) around the eyes and mouth and massaged for sometime. I removed the collagen lifting mask (step 2) and carefully placed it on my face. There was some gel-kind-of residual liquid left in the packet so I squeezed it out and told my mother to use it on her face, after she used the residual step 1 pack too. After 20 minutes, I removed the sheet and massaged my face so that the liquid gets absorbed by skin. My mother did the same then we both applied anti-aging night cream (step 3) and went for a beauty sleep. The next day our faces were glowing like anything and my skin felt so soft to touch. Skin felt very hydrated and dry patches on my face were completely gone. I wish they had more sheets in there!
MIRUM FRESH FRUIT ACAI BERRY REAL NATURAL MASK PACK:
This mask too is a sheet mask and comes in plastic packet. The mask claims to contain natural fruit extracts. I simply removed the sheet from pack, unfolded it and placed it neatly on my face. This sheet mask was soaked in a watery liquid and not gel-like liquid like the previous mask mentioned. After 20 minutes, I removed the sheet and massaged the liquid for sometime. I washed it off after 1 hour and my skin felt well hydrated. The effects were not as noticeable as Cracare mask.
SOC 3D BEAUTY SERUM FACE MASK PACK (EGF) MOISTURIZING AND CONDITIONING SERUM:
This mask too is a sheet mask and comes in a bottle shaped packet. I removed the sheet mask from the packet, unfolded it and placed it on my face. The sheet was soaked in a thick sticky liquid and unfolding the mask was not easy as the mask kept slipping away. I kept the mask for 30 minutes and removed it later. I massaged my face for 10 minutes and washed it off as it could not completely get absorbed in the skin. Yet, skin felt very smooth and looked really healthy.
LUKE HYDROGEL EYE PATCH FOR WRINKLES:
I do not have wrinkles, common I am just 24! But yes, I do have fine lines (which are not wrinkles for sure!) ever since I am born under my eyes. I thought of using this eye patch to test it, anyhow I had to use it! so I cut off the upper section of packet, and removed the eye patches which were stuck on a transparent sheet. I peeled off the patches and stuck them under my eyes. I let it be for 20 minutes and then peeled it off- that is it! You need not wash off the area. I could not see any visible difference instantly but I could see the lines blurred out very minutely which was not a big difference though. So, not an excellent product though- for me an ok-ok product. maybe the effects could be better when this eye patch is used religiously.
