Occasional, mild body odour is normal, but excessive or unpleasant body odour can be a source of great discomfort for others and very embarrassing for you. Body odour can be treated with over-the-counter medicines or by practicing good hygiene. STOP BODY DOUR WITH BATH RECIPESREFRESHING EPSOM AND TEA BATH SOAK

Things you need: All you need is 1 cup Epsom salts, 3 tablespoons green tea leaves and 10-15 drops essential oil of your choice.

Method: Mix up all the ingredients and store in a jar. Add a spoonful to your bath water and soak for 20 minutes for an amazing detox and refreshing feel. While this recipe lacks in inches of bubbles, it makes up with amazing smells and muscle relaxation, thanks to epsom salt, essential oils, and tea bags.

COCO BUTTER BATH MELTS

Things you need: you need 300g cocoa butter, 150g sweet almond oil. Essential Oils of your choice {I added 40 drops to this mix}, Colouring if you like and Mould.

Method: Melt the cocoa butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Once it has melted, remove from the heat. Stir in the sweet almond oil, your essential oils and a little colouring if you are using any. Carefully pour the mixture into your moulds. At this point you can add in your extras. A small flower bud, a sprinkling of dried lavender, some glitter. Alternatively, you can let the melts set for an hour and then sprinkle the extra’s on top so that it stays on the surface of the bath melt – up to you! Leave to set until they are firm and opaque- you can speed the process up by placing them in the fridge if you wish. To use, simply add one bath melt to your bath. Remember that they will leave the base of the tub slippery so be careful when you’re getting in and out! Bag them up and they make a fantastic gift.

HERBAL BATH

Things you need: You need dried lavender, rose petals, pink Himalayan bath salts, Epsom salts, ground oatmeal, dried mint leaves, fennel seeds and powdered milk.

Method: Mix up the ingredients and fill them in a fillable tea bag. Seal the tea bags by folding the top down 4-5 times and secure with a single staple. Pack tea bags into a mason jar or pretty vase and store them in your bathroom area. Suspend 1 tea bag in your hot bath tub and soak for 20 minutes.

HONEY VANILLA BUBBLE BATH

Things you need: You need 1/2 cup light almond oil, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 cup liquid castile soap, 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or freshly scrapped vanilla pod.

Method: Combine ingredients and pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup under running water. Keep excess in the refrigerator.
