3 Tbsp. chia seeds, 1 cup coconut milk, 2 (5.3-oz) containers yogurt, fruits ( 1 mango, peeled & diced, 1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled & diced, 2 cups strawberries hulled & diced ) and some shredded coconut, for serving.

How to make:

Stir the chia seeds into coconut milk and refrigerate to soak overnight. Fold in yogurt to chia seed mixture. In glasses or jars, layer it: strawberries, yogurt mixture, pineapple, yogurt mixture, then mango. Top with coconut and serve. Enjoy!

4-5 eggs, salt and pepper as per taste, ½ teaspoon turmeric, fine chopped onion and tomatoes, 7-8 slices whole wheat bread.

How to make:

Whisk together eggs, salt, turmeric, onions and tomatoes. You may even add finely chopped cilantro to it if you wish. Place bread slices in a large, shallow baking dish and pour egg mixture over the top. Soak in the bread slices and refrigerate overnight. In the morning simply microwave till golden brown or toast it in a flat pan with little olive oil/butter.

you need 1 cup coconut milk, 1 ripe sliced banana, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed, pinch of salt, ½ cup water, ¾ cups rolled oats and 2 tbsp brown sugar.

How to make:

Mix up all the ingredients thoroughly. Put a lid r close using aluminium foil and refrigerate overnight. In the morning simply give it a good stir and microwave for few minutes until cooked.

2 cups whole milk, 1-1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1-1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats and 3 small bananas and strawberries.

How to make:

In a large jar or bowl, combine milk, yogurt, peanut butter and honey. Stir vigorously until well combined. Add oats and mix well. Dice bananas and mix into yogurt mixture. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold. The muesli will last for at least two days with fresh fruit mixed in, but if you wait and add the bananas when you’re serving it, it should last a couple days longer.

How to make:

Grind together chia and oats till you achieve flour like consistency. Blend it with fruit juices, honey and diced fruits and yoghurt. Refrigerate and have it in the morning.
