I love blushes! They add a flushy glow to your face and that definitely looks attractive! Since nyx is now officially launched in India (Nykaa.com), I grabbed one HD blush in the shade bitten. Let us see how it fared on me:

MY TAKE ON NYX HD BLUSH IN BITTEN
Packaging: I absolutely love the packaging of this blush! It is so damn pretty. The blush is flat and sleek and made up of black coloured plastic. Blush is compacted very well I a tiny container! The flip open lid is see-through in the centre with ‘NYX’ written on it. The best part in packaging is the cute little bow on it in front ^_^
Texture: Blush is very powdery and soft. Even if it is soft, it sticks evenly on the blush brush without falling off. Texture is smooth and blends evenly.
Shade: ‘Bitten’ is a maroon shade with brown undertones. It looks reddish on my cheeks though. I have all pink and coral blushes, and for a change I got this shade; no doubt I do love it!
How I use and staying power: After applying foundation and compact setting powder, I apply this blush. Simply swipe your blush brush once on the blush pan and brush it on your cheeks using quick moments in order to apply it evenly. Once I do this, I need not use more product as it is well pigmented.
Now coming to the staying power, the blush is very much long lasting with little (without makeup setting spray) or no fading (with makeup setting spray). The picture was taken in the evening while I had applied the blush in morning. I had used NYX matte finish spray and that might have added on to it; but even without the makeup setting spray it does stay that long with very little fading- tried and tested.
