Carrot and apple juice – keep acne at bay:

  • Carrot-2
  • Apple- 1
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch

Grind all these ingredients in a blender and drink it early in the morning everyday.

Pineapple and cucumber – healthy skin:

  • Cucumber- 1/2
  • Pineapple- few slices
  • Apple- 1/2
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch

Cut all the ingredients and mix it in a blender and drink it.

Beetroot punch – glowing skin:

  • Beetroot- 1

Peel the cucumber, carrot and apple. Chop it and put them in a blender. Add celery stalk and blend it all together. Have this juice whenever you feel everyday.

  • Cabbage- 2 large leaves of cabbage
  • Carrots- 4
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch

  • Carrots- 2
  • Spinach- 1 cup
  • Celery stalk- 1
  • Apple- 1/2

  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger – ½ inch
  • Honey – 1-2 teaspoon

Brew a cup of green tea along with grated ginger. Add lemon juice and honey and relish this drink throughout the day.
