Tomatoes can be used in a number of ways to reduce oil content, sizes of pores and their appearance. Add the juice of a tomato to sandalwood or calamine powder and apply on the face. Alternately, dip cotton in tomato juice and apply. Leave it on for about 15 minutes before washing it off.

Lemon particularly has the ability to cleanse and shrink the appearance of pores. Rub a slice of pineapple or lemon on your skin and wash it off after 15 mins.
Plain yogurt contains lactic acid and probiotics, which when applied to the skin, help keep the bad bacteria that cause acne in check, thereby reducing the appearance of pore size. Apply a thin layer of plain yogurt over face and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Longer than 10 minutes can irritate the skin.
