Things you need: To make this smoothie, you need 1 whole apple, handful of dried cranberries and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Method: Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add some warm water to it and blend it well making sure all the ingredients are mixed properly and there are no cranberry lumps in it. pour the mixture in a glass or mason jar and enjoy!

TEA SMOOTHIE

Things you need: To make this smoothie, 1 cup milk of choice (almond milk or coconut milk) 1 chai tea bag, 1 ripe banana and ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

Method: Heat your milk for a minute or two, just until it is hot and steam. Put the tea bag in the milk and steep to prepare a milk tea. Then combine the tea milk, banana (cut into chunks) and vanilla in a blender. Blend it until you get a smooth texture. Pour it in a mason jar or glass and you are done!

Things you need: 1 cup warm milk ( vanilla or nut milk ), 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 banana.

Method: Pour milk into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover, and blend on low for a few seconds, then increase speed to high and blend until thoroughly mixed.

Things you need:  2 cups unsweetened warm almond milk, 1 apple sliced, 1-2″ chunk fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped and Maple syrup (optional)

Method: Add ginger, warm milk, apple, and maple syrup in a blender and blend it until smooth. Not warm enough? Pour your smoothie into a microwave-safe cup and heat for 15 to 30 seconds, or until it reaches the desired temp.

TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

Things you need: To make this smoothie, you need 1 cup milk (unsweetened almond, coconut, or dairy), 1 banana, 1 tsp. honey, 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric.

Method: Take a blender and put one sliced banana into it. Add warm milk to the blender. Now take organic turmeric powder and add them to the blender for a bit of texture.  Start your blender and let it work until you get a smooth mixture. Let it work for a couple of minutes and then add some honey for taste. Pour into mugs and enjoy!
