Epsom Salt bath is an effective treatment for menstrual cramps and other body pains as well like back pain and thigh pain that we usually suffer along with menstrual cramps. Below is how you could make an epsom salt bath for menstrual cramps along with its benefits:

RECIPE FOR EPSOM SALT FOR MENSTRUAL CRAMPS:

You will need –

  • Espom salt
  • Essential Oil

Method –

In a bowl, add 5-6 tablespoons of epsom salt and 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix it well and add it into warm bath water and soak yourself for 20 minutes. Peppermint oil is great for soothing pain.

ADDITIONAL WAY TO USE EPSOM SALTS FOR BATH:

EPSOM SALT+ GINGER –

You will need –

  • Espom salt
  • Ginger

Method –

In a bowl, add 5-6 tablespoons of epsom salt along with 1 tablespoon of ginger powder. Mix it well. Add this mixture into warm bath water and soak yourself for 20 minutes. Ginger is a great bath soak addition for upset tummies.
