SIMPLE WAYS TO GET RID OF FOREHEAD WRINKLES

As we grow 35+, our skin starts showing signs of aging. Wrinkles and fine lines are the first signs of aging and you see it first on your forehead. People who also have a habit of using forehead muscles a lot, too develop fine lines there. There are a lot of anti-wrinkle face treatments and facemasks and creams available in the market, but you would agree with the fact that natural and homemade treatments always work better minus the side effects. Below are some simple and easy ways to get rid of forehead wrinkles:

SIMPLE WAYS TO GET RID OF FOREHEAD WRINKLES

LEMON

Mix ½ cup fresh lemon juice, ½ cup of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of warm coconut oil.  Alternatively, you can warm the oil, mix in the brown sugar and top with the lemon juice. Use this as a facial scrub concentrating on forehead.

SUNSCREEN

Sunscreen protects your skin and helps reverse or prevent the damage from UV rays. UV rays are the main culprit behind wrinkles that first appear on the foreheads. Apply sunscreen liberally onto your skin concentrating on the forehead.

COCONUT OIL

Before you wash your face, use coconut oil to massage your face and then use a cleanser. This is called double cleansing. Coconut oil puts in enough moisture in your skin and prevents or reduces wrinkles on your face and forehead.

LAVENDER OR ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL

Take some rosemary oil or lavender oil and apply on your forehead. Massage gently in an upward stroke, mimicking a boat shape all over your forehead. Doing this every day for a few minutes will even out the fine lines and wrinkles that have formed and also prevent further formation of wrinkles. Ways to use essential oils in your beauty regimen

ALOE VERA GEL

Regular aloe vera gel massage reduces and prevents fine lines on your forehead. Apply some gel on your forehead and massage gently with upper strokes for good 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Follow with a moisturizer.

EGG WHITE MASK

Take an egg and separate the yolk from whites. Now, apply the egg white onto your forehead (you can also apply it on your entire face) and let it dry. Once it gets dry, it will tighten. Rinse and wash it off and pat dry.
