5PREVENT STICKY RICE WITH LEMON

Keep Rice from Sticking together with Lemon Juice. Adding a teaspoon of oil or a few drops of lemon juice to the water while cooking rice will prevent the rice from being sticky and ensure separate grains.

6MAKE SOGGY LETTUCE CRISP

If the lettuce is a bit limp, fill a bowl with ice cold water, separate all the leaves of lettuce, place them in the water and swirl them around.
