Many of us love experimenting with hair colours, including me. Not all experiment with the fear of chemical hair damaging! Here I have some really easy tricks to colour your hair using your regular makeup! Yes you heard me right! If you’ve marveled at the rainbow-hued tresses of your peers but were always too scared to take the plunge yourself, these tricks are about to blow your mind.
HAIR COLOUR USING EYESHADOWS
If you love funky colours, you should certainly try this! You can have a wide option of colours and can experiment with mixing different shades! You could also create a rainbow hair colour, cool isn’t it? Though, the colours would not come as dark and bright as it would on naturally blonde hair.
You only need an eyeshadow of your choice, a hair spray and a blow drier. Part your hair in sections and take out a strand of hair you wish to colour. Spray hair spray liberally near the roots and apply eyeshadow with brush. Follow the same procedure till the end of your hair. Immediately use a blow drier to fix the hair colour and dry the hair spray. Finger comb your hair and flaunt!
HAIR COLOUR USING SHIMMER EYELID POWDER OR HIGHLIGHTERS
Shimmer hair streaks are a new trend and they look just amazing! Shimmer eyelid powders can be used to make gorgeous glitter streaks, or if you are not a big fan of glitter streaks, you could use highlighters for a subtle shimmer and glow; just like the eyeshadow method.
You need a shimmer eyelid powder or highlighter (try using tinted highlighters for blonde hair), hair mousse or hair spray and a hair drier. Part hair in sections and take out a strand, apply mousse or hair spray liberally and using a brush, coat your strand with shimmer eyelid powder or highlighter. Immediately use a blow drier to fix the hair colour and dry the hair spray. Finger comb your hair and flaunt!
HAIR COLOUR USING LIP STAINS
You can create gorgeous highlights or just tips colouring using lip stains. Although, this will work only for blonde or bleached hair.
You need a lip stain of your choice (try to use a lip stain that is well pigmented), hair mousse and hair drier. Apply little hair mousse on the hair tips and let it dry a bit. Apply lip stain and dry it using a drier.
