As a result you keep munching on unhealthy snacks containing high sugar, preservatives, flavoring agents and what not. Boiled eggs are packed with healthy vitamins and essential fatty acids. Instead of making an omelette or scrambled eggs, simply boil them and remove the shell. Cut them into small slices and sprinkle some sea salt and pepper on it.

The 100% variety of dark chocolate is said to be healthy. It is rich in antioxidants and reduces appetite. It also stimulates metabolism. Always keep a dark chocolate bar in your handbag and munch on it whenever you feel hungry or crave for something.

Nuts are well known as healthy snacks. Walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios make a healthy snack that you can munch on throughout the day. Simply roast them, add some salt on it and carry it around with you.

In a bowl, toss with a little olive oil and whatever spices you have on hand- maybe little chilli powder, a bit of lemon juice and onion powder if you have. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until your chickpeas turn golden brown and your tasty roasted chick peas are ready.

Goji berries help promote healthy skin and boost the immune system, & dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants. These two ingredients go well together. Melt some dark chocolate, add in a handful of goji berries, transfer onto a tray and freeze. Eat whenever you like.

Just like kale and apple chips, sweet potato chips are healthy and easy to make. You need to slice them just like you did with apple chips and bake. Add some spices if you like.
