ALOE VERA (KORPHAD)

METHI SEEDS (FENUGREEK SEEDS)

Methi is great for promoting hair growth. Take some methi and roast them. After that, grind them well. Take some warm water and make a paste of methi in water. The amount of paste you need will depend on the length of your hair. Apply the paste on your hair. Cover your hair and scalp completely. Let it stay for 20 minutes, and then wash off with cold water.

 

SESAME SEEDS

Start your breakfast every day with a handful of sesame seeds that are a great source of magnesium and calcium. Magnesium and calcium boosts your hair growth by reaching hair follicles and prevents hair loss.

ASHWAGANDHA

Ashwagandha is an anti-oxidant herb which gives you relief from Pitta Dosha. Take a 6 mg capsule of ashwagandha every day. It cleans up your system and gets rid of all toxins. It is also anti-inflammatory and solves a number of hair problems.

BANYAN TREE

The roots of banyan tree according to Ayurveda has capacity to reduce hairfall and strengthen hair follicles! Take a small part of the root of Banyan tree and mix it with lemon juice. Apply it on your hair to avoid hair loss.

JATAMANSI

This herb is useful for removing all impurities in blood and makes your skin glow. Apply this herb directly on your scalp to promote proper growth of hair. You might even find a capsule of this commercially and can be consumed daily but care should be taken not to take more than 6mgs.

BHRINGRAJ

Take some leaves and make a paste out of them. Use the paste to apply on your hair. Cover your scalp well and let it stay for a few minutes. Wash it off after that with cold water.
